Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm water, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for 10 minutes until frothy.
2. Add flour, salt, yogurt, and olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix until a dough forms.
3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth.
4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let it rise for 1 hour.
5. Divide the dough into 8 pieces. Roll each piece into a ball and then flatten into a circle.
6. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook each naan for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
