Main Ingredients
- 1 cup white vinegar
- 1 cup water
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 tablespoon mustard seeds
- 1 tablespoon turmeric
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 4 cups mixed vegetables (cauliflower, cucumber, onions) chopped
In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, sugar, mustard seeds, turmeric, and salt. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Place chopped vegetables in a mixing bowl.
Pour hot vinegar mixture over vegetables. Let it cool.
Transfer pickles to jars and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
