Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mushrooms, finely chopped
- 1 cup Black beans, mashed
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Cumin
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and onions until soft.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, black beans, breadcrumbs, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
3. Form the mixture into patties.
4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
