Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Black beans, mashed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and onions until soft.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the mushrooms, onions, black beans, breadcrumbs, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. 4. Cook the patties in a skillet over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes on each side, until browned and cooked through.
