Mushroom Stroganoff Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 500 g Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup Vegetable Broth
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 2 tablespoon Flour
- to taste Salt and Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Paprika
- 1 tablespoon Fresh Parsley, chopped
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add chopped onion and cook until translucent.
3. Stir in minced garlic and cook for another minute.
4. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their juices and become tender.
5. Sprinkle flour over the mushrooms and stir well to combine.
6. Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a simmer.
7. Stir in sour cream, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until the sauce thickens.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve hot.
