Ingredients

  • 2 cups roasted red peppers
  • 1 cup walnuts toasted
  • 2 tablespoon pomegranate molasses
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a food processor, combine roasted red peppers, toasted walnuts, pomegranate molasses, lemon juice, ground cumin, and minced garlic.
  2. 2. Pulse until the mixture is smooth.
  3. 3. With the processor running, slowly drizzle in the olive oil until well combined.
  4. 4. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  5. 5. Transfer to a serving bowl and enjoy with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
