- 6 Eggs
- ¼ cup Milk
- ½ cup Shredded Cheese
- ½ cup Diced Vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin pan.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Stir in the shredded cheese, diced vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
Pour the mixture evenly into the muffin pan cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the frittatas are set and lightly golden.
Let them cool slightly before removing from the pan. Serve warm.
