  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 2 units Eggs beaten
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
  • 2 cups Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. Set up a breading station with three bowls: flour, beaten eggs, and breadcrumbs.
  2. 2. Season the flour with salt and pepper.
  3. 3. Coat each mozzarella stick in flour, then dip in eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  4. 4. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Fry the mozzarella sticks until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes per side.
  6. 6. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
