Ingredients

  • 4 large russet potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried oregano
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme
  • ¼ teaspoon cayenne pepper optional

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Wash and cut potatoes into thin strips.
  3. In a large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil and spices.
  4. Spread potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden and crispy.
