Mixed Berry Compote
A simple and delicious mixed berry compote perfect for topping pancakes, waffles, or yogurt.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Mixed Berries (fresh or frozen)
- ¼ cup Sugar
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
Cook, stirring occasionally, until the berries break down and the mixture thickens, about 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
