Ingredients 

Burger Patties

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 1 cup Soy grits
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

To Serve

  • 4 Hamburger buns
  • 1 cup Pickles sliced
  • 1 cup Onions sliced
  • 1 cup Mustard

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, soy grits, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  3. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add a little oil.
  4. Fry the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Serve the patties on hamburger buns with pickles, onions, and mustard.
