  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheese
  • ½ cup diced ham optional
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach optional
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
