Mini Quiches Recipe
These mini quiches are perfect for breakfast or brunch. They're easy to make and can be customized with your favorite fillings.

Main Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- ½ cup diced ham optional
- ¼ cup chopped spinach optional
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, salt, and black pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
