Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
