Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup milk
  • ½ cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • ¼ cup diced ham optional
  • ¼ cup chopped spinach optional
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  3. Add the shredded cheese, diced ham, chopped spinach, salt, and pepper to the egg mixture. Stir to combine.
  4. Grease a muffin tin and pour the mixture evenly into the cups.
  5. Bake for 20 minutes or until the quiches are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Let them cool for a few minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
