  • 4 English muffins, split
  • 1 cup Pizza sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.5 cup Pepperoni slices
  • Optional toppings: olives, bell peppers, onions

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the split English muffins on a baking sheet.
  3. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce on each muffin half.
  4. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  5. Add pepperoni slices and any other desired toppings.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes before serving.
