Instructions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the taco seasoning to the beef and cook according to the package instructions.
On a baking sheet, arrange the crescent roll dough triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping in the center and the points facing outward.
Spoon the cooked beef mixture over the wide ends of the dough. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese on top of the beef.
Fold the points of the dough over the filling and tuck under the wide ends to form a ring.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the dough is golden brown.
Serve with sour cream and salsa on the side.
