  • 4 sheets Nori
  • 1 cup Guacamole
  • 1 cup Salsa
  • 1 cup Shredded cooked chicken
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese

Instructions 

  1. 1. Lay out a sheet of nori on a sushi mat.
  2. 2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  3. 3. Add a layer of guacamole, followed by salsa, shredded chicken, and cheese.
  4. 4. Carefully roll the nori sheet using the sushi mat, pressing gently to seal.
  5. 5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
