- 1 cup Cooked sushi rice
- 4 sheets Nori
- 1 cup Guacamole
- 1 cup Salsa
- 1 cup Shredded cooked chicken
- 1 cup Shredded cheese
1. Lay out a sheet of nori on a sushi mat.
2. Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
3. Add a layer of guacamole, followed by salsa, shredded chicken, and cheese.
4. Carefully roll the nori sheet using the sushi mat, pressing gently to seal.
5. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces and serve immediately.
