Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Carrots peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup White Vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 2 cloves Garlic sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Black Peppercorns
  • 2 pcs Bay Leaves
  • 2 pcs Jalapeños sliced

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, combine vinegar, water, garlic, salt, oregano, and peppercorns. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add carrots, bay leaves, and jalapeños to the saucepan. Simmer for 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let cool. Transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
