Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork shoulder, cubed
- 1 cup Tomato sauce
- 2 pcs Potatoes, diced
- 1 pc Carrot, diced
- 1 pc Bell pepper, diced
- 1 pc Onion, chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 cup Water
- to taste Salt and pepper
1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.
2. Add pork and cook until browned.
3. Pour in soy sauce and tomato sauce. Stir well.
4. Add water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
5. Add potatoes, carrots, and bell pepper. Cook until vegetables are tender.
6. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
