Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta any type
  • 2 fillets Salmon skinless
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Cucumber diced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup Olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper. Cook in a pan over medium heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until fully cooked. Let it cool slightly, then flake into pieces.
  3. 3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, olives, and feta cheese.
  4. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Pour over the pasta salad and toss to combine.
  5. 5. Gently fold in the flaked salmon. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
