Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup cucumber, diced
- ½ cup red onion, thinly sliced
- ½ cup kalamata olives, pitted
- ½ cup feta cheese, crumbled
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- to taste salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, oregano, minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Serve immediately.
