Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup Cucumber, finely chopped
- ¼ cup Olives, chopped
- ¼ cup Feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cucumber, olives, feta cheese, olive oil, lemon juice, and minced garlic.
Stir until well combined. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for later. Enjoy with pita bread or fresh veggies.
