Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Chopped Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Paste
  • 1 cup Frozen Peas
  • 1 cup Diced Carrots
  • 2 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 2 sheets Pie Crust

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add chopped onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook until softened.
  4. Stir in flour, tomato paste, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Cook until mixture thickens.
  5. Add peas and carrots. Cook for another 5 minutes.
  6. Roll out one sheet of pie crust and place it in a pie dish. Fill with the meat mixture.
  7. Cover with the second sheet of pie crust. Seal edges and cut slits on top.
  8. Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until crust is golden brown.
  9. Let the pie cool for a few minutes before serving.
