Mayonnaise Recipe
Homemade mayonnaise is easy to make and tastes way better than store-bought.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup Vegetable Oil or any neutral oil
- 1 large Egg at room temperature
- 1 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
- ½ teaspoon Salt
1. Add egg, lemon juice, mustard, and salt to a blender.
2. Blend on medium speed until combined.
3. With the blender running, slowly drizzle in the oil until the mixture thickens and emulsifies.
4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
5. Store in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
