  • ¼ cup Milk
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Break the matzo into small pieces and soak in warm water for a minute. Drain well.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs with milk and a pinch of salt.
  3. 3. Add the drained matzo to the egg mixture and stir to combine.
  4. 4. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
  5. 5. Pour the matzo and egg mixture into the pan and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are set and slightly browned.
