Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 8 oz Mascarpone Cheese
  • ½ cup Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Matcha Powder
  • 1 cup Hot Water for matcha mixture
  • 24 Ladyfingers
  • 1 tablespoon Cocoa Powder for dusting

Instructions 

  1. Whisk heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  2. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese and sugar until smooth.
  3. Gently fold whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
  4. Mix matcha powder with hot water until dissolved.
  5. Dip ladyfingers in the matcha mixture and layer them in a baking dish.
  6. Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers.
  7. Repeat layers with remaining ladyfingers and mascarpone mixture.
  8. Dust the top with cocoa powder.
  9. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
