Ingredients 

Crust

  • 1.5 cups Graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Butter, melted

Filling

  • 24 oz Cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Sugar
  • 3 tablespoon Matcha powder
  • 3 Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Heavy cream

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the crust.
  3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add the matcha powder and mix well.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in the vanilla extract and heavy cream.
  5. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan.
  6. Bake for 60 minutes or until the center is set. Let it cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
