Mashed Sweet Potatoes Recipe
Delicious and creamy mashed sweet potatoes, perfect as a side dish.

Main Ingredients
- 4 large sweet potatoes peeled and cubed
- ¼ cup milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
Peel and cube the sweet potatoes.
Boil the sweet potatoes in a pot of water until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
Drain the potatoes and return them to the pot.
Add milk, butter, salt, and pepper to the pot.
Mash the potatoes until smooth and creamy.
Serve warm.
