- 1 lb Crab Meat fresh or canned
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 unit Egg beaten
- 2 tablespoon Butter for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, mustard, Old Bay seasoning, and beaten egg.
2. Form the mixture into patties.
3. Heat butter in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
