- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Bell Pepper diced
- 2 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper
In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper.
Add cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and bell pepper to the bowl. Toss to coat evenly.
