  • 4 large Portobello mushrooms stems removed
  • ¼ cup Olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Place the mushrooms in the bowl and coat them well with the marinade. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  3. 3. Preheat grill or skillet to medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Grill or cook the mushrooms for about 5-7 minutes on each side until tender.
