Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 500 g Button mushrooms cleaned and trimmed
  • 120 ml Olive oil
  • 60 ml Red wine vinegar
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley chopped

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil and add the mushrooms. Cook for 5 minutes and then drain.
  2. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooked mushrooms to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
  4. 4. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley.
