Main Ingredients
- 2 large cucumbers sliced thinly
- ¼ cup rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional
Slice cucumbers thinly.
In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
Toss cucumbers in the mixture.
Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
