Ingredients

  • 2 large cucumbers sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. Slice cucumbers thinly.
  2. In a bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, sesame oil, sesame seeds, garlic, and red pepper flakes.
  3. Toss cucumbers in the mixture.
  4. Let it marinate for at least 10 minutes before serving.
