Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cucumber, sliced
- 1 cup Red Onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cups Tomato, chopped
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, red onion, and tomato.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
4. Let the salad marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
