- 200 g Cheese (e.g., feta, goat cheese)
- 1 cup Olive oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon Dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon Chili flakes
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. Cut the cheese into bite-sized cubes.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, chili flakes, and black pepper.
3. Place the cheese cubes in a jar and pour the olive oil mixture over them.
4. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
