Ingredients

  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • ¼ cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, honey, dried oregano, and black pepper.
  2. Place chicken in a resealable plastic bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the chicken, ensuring it is well coated.
  3. Seal the bag or cover the dish and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, or up to 24 hours for best results.
  4. Remove chicken from marinade and cook as desired.
