Mango Sticky Rice Recipe
A delicious Thai dessert made with sweet sticky rice, fresh mango, and coconut milk.

Main Ingredients
- 1 cup glutinous rice
- 1 cup coconut milk
- ½ cup sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 2 ripe mangoes peeled and sliced
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds toasted
Rinse the glutinous rice until the water runs clear. Soak it in water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
Drain the rice and steam it for about 20-25 minutes until cooked.
In a saucepan, heat the coconut milk, sugar, and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves. Do not let it boil.
Combine the cooked rice with the coconut milk mixture. Let it sit for about 20 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Serve the sticky rice with sliced mangoes and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
