  • 1 cup Mango diced
  • 1 cup Peach diced
  • 1 cup Pineapple diced
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper diced
  • 1 Jalapeño seeded and minced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion diced
  • ¼ cup Cilantro chopped
  • 1 Lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon Salt

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced mango, peach, pineapple, red bell pepper, jalapeño, red onion, and cilantro.
  2. Add the lime juice and salt. Toss everything together until well mixed.
  3. Let the salsa sit for about 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
