Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Mango, peeled and diced
  • 2 pieces Habanero peppers, stemmed and seeded
  • 1 cup White vinegar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced

Instructions 

  1. 1. Combine all ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. 2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  3. 3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
  4. 4. Transfer mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. 5. Pour into sterilized bottles and refrigerate.
