  • 3 ripe avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
  • 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted, and diced
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
  • ¼ cup cilantro chopped
  • 1 lime juiced
  • ½ teaspoon salt

Instructions 

  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until chunky-smooth.
  2. Add the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
  3. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
