Main Ingredients
- 3 ripe avocados peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1 ripe mango peeled, pitted, and diced
- ½ cup red onion finely chopped
- 1 jalapeño seeded and finely chopped
- ¼ cup cilantro chopped
- 1 lime juiced
- ½ teaspoon salt
In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until chunky-smooth.
Add the diced mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
Adjust seasoning to taste and serve immediately.
