- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup milk (or any milk alternative)
- ½ cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (optional)
Place the mango, banana, milk, yogurt, and honey into a blender.
Blend until smooth.
Add ice cubes if desired and blend again.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
