Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni uncooked
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup vinegar
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup carrot shredded
  • ½ cup onion chopped

Instructions 

  1. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and rinse with cold water.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, mustard, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add cooked macaroni, celery, carrot, and onion to the bowl. Mix well.
  4. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
