Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Elbow macaroni
- 2 cups Shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
- 3 cups Milk
- ¼ cup Butter
- 2 ½ tablespoons All-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons Breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook macaroni according to package directions. Drain.
3. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour and cook for 1-2 minutes.
4. Gradually whisk in milk. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly.
5. Add cheddar cheese and Parmesan cheese. Stir until melted. Season with salt and pepper.
6. Combine cheese sauce with cooked macaroni. Pour into a baking dish.
7. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
