  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup milk
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup breadcrumbs
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together cooked macaroni, cheese, milk, and eggs. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Spoon mixture into a greased muffin tin, filling each cup about ¾ full.
  5. Sprinkle breadcrumbs on top of each muffin.
  6. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
