Lumpia Air Fryer Recipe
A healthier take on traditional lumpia, cooked in an air fryer.

Lumpia Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Pork
- 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
- 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers
1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
4. Arrange lumpia in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
