Ingredients 

Lumpia Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground Pork
  • 1 cup Carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Cabbage, shredded
  • 1 small Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 20 pieces Lumpia Wrappers

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, cabbage, onion, garlic, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. 2. Place a tablespoon of the mixture onto a lumpia wrapper and roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
  3. 3. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  4. 4. Arrange lumpia in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  5. 5. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
