Low Country Boil Recipe
A classic Southern dish, perfect for gatherings. It's a one-pot meal with shrimp, sausage, corn, and potatoes.

Main Ingredients
- 2 lbs Shrimp peeled and deveined
- 1 lb Smoked Sausage cut into pieces
- 6 ears Corn cut in halves
- 1.5 lbs Baby Potatoes halved
- 1 package Seafood Boil Seasoning
- 1 lemon Lemon halved
Fill a large pot with water and bring to a boil. Add seafood boil seasoning and lemon halves.
Add potatoes and cook for 10 minutes.
Add corn and sausage, cook for another 10 minutes.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, about 3-4 minutes.
Drain and serve immediately.
