Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Place small piles of shredded cheese on the parchment paper, about ¼ cup each, spaced apart.
  4. Bake for 5-7 minutes, until the cheese is melted and edges are golden brown.
  5. Remove from oven and let cool for 1-2 minutes, then shape into taco shells by draping over a wooden spoon handle or similar object.
  6. Let cool completely before serving.
