Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked lobster meat chopped
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • ½ cup red onion finely chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped lobster meat, diced celery, and finely chopped red onion.
  2. Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, and chopped fresh dill to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
  3. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.
  5. Serve the lobster salad on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
