Main Ingredients
- 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 4 hot dog buns
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- Lettuce leaves (optional)
In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
Brush the inside of the buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
Fill each bun with the lobster mixture. Add lettuce if desired.
