Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb cooked lobster meat, chopped
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 hot dog buns
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • Lettuce leaves (optional)

Instructions 

  1. In a bowl, mix lobster meat, mayonnaise, lemon juice, chives, salt, and pepper.
  2. Brush the inside of the buns with melted butter and toast them in a skillet until golden brown.
  3. Fill each bun with the lobster mixture. Add lettuce if desired.
