Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Lobster cooked and shelled
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 cup Fish stock
  • 1 cup Tomato paste
  • 1 tablespoon Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Flour
  • 1 unit Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, melt the butter over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, and cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the flour and cook for another minute.
  4. 4. Add the tomato paste, fish stock, and heavy cream. Bring to a simmer.
  5. 5. Add the cooked lobster meat, paprika, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  6. 6. Blend the soup until smooth, then strain through a fine mesh strainer.
  7. 7. Return the soup to the pot and heat through before serving.
