Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 6 medium russet potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ cup chopped green onions
  • 6 slices bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Boil the cubed potatoes in a large pot of salted water until tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded cheddar cheese, chopped green onions, crumbled bacon, salt, and black pepper.
  3. 3. Add the cooled potatoes to the bowl and gently mix until all ingredients are well combined.
  4. 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
