Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef liver
  • 2 large Onions sliced
  • ½ cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 4 tablespoon Butter

Instructions 

  1. 1. Rinse liver and pat dry. Slice into thin strips.
  2. 2. In a shallow dish, mix flour, salt, and pepper. Dredge liver in flour mixture.
  3. 3. Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions and cook until caramelized, about 10 minutes.
  4. 4. Push onions to the side of the skillet. Add liver and cook until browned, about 3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Mix onions with liver and cook for another 2 minutes. Serve hot.
